Astroleap and eureka!mobile are committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. In some cases information may be needed in order to provide services that you request. This is specifically true when downloading eureka!mobile to your phone, at which time the only data collected is your phone number and carrier.Astroleap and eureka!mobile Privacy Statement:
Astroleap and eureka!mobile have created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on both the Astroleap.com and eureka!mobile.com web sites (the "Sites") are of great importance to us. Collected Information:
We require customers who register to download the eureka!mobile application offered on our Site to give us their phone number. We will not share this number with anyone. A special ID is assigned to each user of the application. At some time, if you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as number of employees, revenue, or industry. Customers can opt-out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. Astroleap and eureka!mobile may also collect certain information about your computer or mobile device hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring Web site addresses carrier information etc. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Astroleap and eureka!mobile.com. Astroleap and eureka!mobile also collect information about which pages our customers visit within Astroleap and eureka!mobile.com. This site visitation data is identified only by a unique ID number, and it is never linked with personal information unless a user consents as described below.
Use of your Personal Information:
Astroleap and eureka!mobile use the information that we collect to set up Services for individuals. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Additionally, customers may also be asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and may send a Customer Newsletter. When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Astroleap and eureka!mobile will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.
Access to your Personal Information
We don’t have this now. Protection of Children's Personal Information: Astroleap and eureka!mobile is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Use of Cookies:
When someone visits the site, a cookie may be placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously. One use of cookies is to assist in the collection of the site visitation statistics described above. We also use cookies to collect information on which newsletter links are clicked by customers. This information is used to ensure we are sending information customers want to read. It is collected in aggregate form and never linked with your personal information.
